Book your theory test here. There is NO NEED to use a third party site and pay more.
- You can book your theory test either:
- Online, through the link above via the official GOV UK website
- Or over the telephone using a credit or debit card on the number 0300 200 1122
- It costs £23 and there is usually a waiting time of several weeks
- You’ll have to visit your local theory test centre to take your theory test

At the moment (2023) there is a long wait for a practical test date. Get yourself on the system and look for an earlier cancellation if you are ready. Otherwise be prepared, it could take months for a date to come up. Click here for DVSA test fees.
